Campbelltown Camden District Band

Welcome to the New CCDB Website

The Campbelltown Camden District Band was originally formed in 1946 as a small community brass band. Since this date, the band has changed format to a concert band, including woodwind instruments and has been actively involved in community events since 1946.

The band has travelled extensively overseas including Europe and North America and in 2007 was Australia's representative band at the world famous Calgary Stampede.
Today the band has a strong membership including learners, juniors and senior members ranging in ages from 8 to 80. It has always been actively involved in contesting at both State and National levels. It has won the NSW State B grade championships on a number of occasions. Each year the Band competes in the Battle of the Bands competition held at St. Mary's Band Club.
