Open and Track Support Requests
NB: You must be a Registered User, Band Member, CCDB Official, on our Mailing List, or Friend of the Band to use this service.
Please click Start a New Ticket to commence a new support request. Once submitted, your support request will be assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. This service is only available to CCDB Registered Users, Band Members and CCDB Officials. All support requests must be sent using either the email address that you registered as a registered website user, listed on the CCDB Mailing List or as supplied as a Friend of the Band. Unregistered user requests, or requests sent using an invalid email address cannot be responded to, as unidentified requests will not be detected by our system.
