Day 24 - Fri 20th July by Jess & Anthony.

Hi folks, Well today is the day when we say goodbye to our wonderful hosts in Marburg and after jumping on our bags to help them close, we board the coach with Herbie for the last time.

We arrive at Frankfurt airport about 10:00 am and the mammoth task of unloading instruments and baggage begins. But, as before, everything falls into place, and we are soon taking off for Singapore.

"Let’s Go Home!"

Well, after 3 & a half weeks of touring, we’re heading towards the straight, and an Aussie pie & food are looking sensational. I’m in a singin’ mood. I realise our national anthem is a sensational tune, but, in these new times, the outdated words needs an altering.

GIDDYUP

& considering the uncomfortability in the plane, on the journey from Frankfurt to Singapore, my efforts will not be condemned.

ADVANCE AUSTRALIA FAIR DEAR     version # mein

Australians all let us rejoice for Europe is a joke,
With 50 metre marches through heat and food and smoke.
Now have your passports with you,
Or we’ll miss out on lunch.
Australians all come home today,
A tired but happy bunch.
Let’s hope the jet lag means we get dinner, breakie and brunch.
The Fun Team were a crazy lot,
We laughed until we burst.
In all the bus trip quizzes, the ‘Duo’ were the worst.
Through fainting, falling, fun & fear,
We’ve done okay ‘till here.
Our bags are full of countless gifts,
Of chocolate, wine & beer.
In daybook’s page, let every stage,
Advance Australia Dear.

"Well That’s all Folks"

In future years when our children and our children’s children read this, they will become inspired. Challenged to take up the flame of music, touring and rewriting traditional songs. And hopefully the spirit of the Campbelltown - Camden District Band will be ever lasting & be present in people throughout the world.

After their parents were killed by evil criminals, Lachlan Brown and Anthony Esler vowed to take revenge on all who break the law. Taking on alternate identities and technological gadgets the two embarked on a mission to rid the world of trivia once and for all....

Always remember the woeful answers of
"THE DYNAMIC DUO!!"
